1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or submitting a form you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind it.

2. Permitted Use

  • Use the site for informational and professional evaluation purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access systems, environments or data not intended for the public.
  • Do not perform reverse engineering, automated mass extraction or load testing without written authorization.

3. Nature of the Information

The content of this site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, financial, legal or regulatory advice. The capabilities described may be under development or available only under a pilot program.

4. Credit Decisions

Evident produces signals, structured evidence and explanations to support credit evaluation. The final lending decision, its terms and its regulatory compliance always rest with the financial institution.

Evident's brand, logo, text, diagrams and software are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. No license is granted other than that strictly necessary to browse the site.

6. Confidentiality in Pilots

Information exchanged during demonstrations and pilots is considered confidential and is governed by the specific agreement executed between the parties, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evident is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of this site.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at Evident's registered office, with submission to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
